NEWS - Patrick & Antonio Corsi inducted into BC Restaurant Hall of Fame

On October 17, 2011 Q4 by Quattro's Patrick Corsi and his father, Antonio Corsi, will be inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame at a gala dinner at the Italian Cultural Centre.  Nominated by their peers in the active restaurateur category, the Corsis will be joining the ranks of some of British Columbia's best known chefs including Vikram Vij, John Bishop and Umberto Menghi.  Congratulations Antonio and Patrick!
